Vendors must ensure the quality and authenticity of the products they list on DigiKart. Counterfeit or substandard products are strictly prohibited.
Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and ensuring that the products are delivered in a timely and satisfactory manner. Failure to meet shipping and delivery timelines may result in penalties or account suspension.
Vendors must adhere to our Returns and Refunds Policy. If a customer requests a return or refund for a product sold by a vendor, the vendor is expected to cooperate and follow the established guidelines.
Vendors have the flexibility to set their own product prices. DigiKart encourages competitive pricing, and vendors may choose to offer discounts or promotions on their products
Vendors should be responsive to customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Open and clear communication is key to a successful partnership.
Vendors will receive payments for their products in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. DigiKart charges a commission for facilitating sales, and the exact commission structure will be outlined in our vendor agreement.
Vendors must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to tax laws and consumer protection laws
DigiKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor's account if they fail to adhere to our policies and guidelines. The decision to suspend or terminate an account will be made at the discretion of DigiKart.
